Background

Caspian Mainport employ sea and shore personnel from a wide variety of countries. All are fully qualified and experienced in their respective disciplines. Caspian Mainport is committed to maximising local content in all its operations worldwide and this is evident in the crewing of its vessels in the Caspian region where all the personnel currently employed are either Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan or Turkmenistan nationals.

Our Personnel departments rigorous selection procedures ensure that only the best people are considered for employment. Additionally, all personnel employed by Caspian Mainport undergo regular medical check-ups to ensure that they remain healthy throughout their period of employment with the company.

We actively encourage individual self improvement and provide appropriate training wherever necessary.

Enthusiasm is one of principle selection criteria which Caspian Mainport uses. This ensures that the "can do" approach is maintained at all levels of the Company. While the Personnel Department primarily supports Group Operations, we will respond to the needs of individual clients if necessary.
