Caspian Mainport has its Kazakhstan Branch Office located in the Zvezda Aktau Business Centre in the city of Aktau which lies on the Eastern side of the Caspian Sea.

The Office was sited there to be central to the Offshore Industry and convenient for both transport links and the fact that most of the clients are also located in that region. Caspian Mainport has a 100% owned subsiduary local company Caspian Mainport Aktau LLC which was formed in 2007.

The Office is staffed by the regional Operations Manager, Mubariz Jabbarov, Technial Manager, Festus Johnston and we also employ an administrator and recently we have employed a full time Kazakhstan accountant all of whom are supported by the Group infrastructure in both the UK and Ireland.

The overall Regional Director and Managing Director of Caspian Mainport Aktau LLC is George Macleod who has been active in the Caspian Sea region since 1994 and who has a wealth of experience in managing & operating vessels both in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan as well as worldwide.
