Caspian Mainport is a part of the CMI Group of Companies which has its Head Office in Cork, Ireland.

Additionally the Group includes Mainport International ( Seismic Support), Caspian Safehands Limited ( Safety Equipment. Tools, FiFi  & Training Company) Ocean Tern Limited (ERRV Operations) and Brooklyn Mainport (Group and Third Party Offshore Vessel Management).

The Irish Head Office manages the Tug operation on the Shannon  as well as having Ship Agency, Warehousing and Port Operations divisions throughout Ireland. Additionally Mainport Africa has a ship agency division in Durban as well as a Logistics operation in Johanesburg.
